Any of the fat burning foods can provide relief for serious dieters. These are able to supply nutrients which the body require and will also provide bulk for the digestive system. This bulk gives a person the sensation of feeling full.

More fat burning foods from the common garden are examples like asparagus, brussel sprouts, beets, cucumber, onions, radishes and tomatoes.

The fruit category offers a wide selection of choices. The most commonly used are the apples, oranges and grapefruit and the many verities of berries and grapes.

Low fat, high protein means fish and fowl. Salmon and boneless, skinless chicken breasts should be your main foods form this area. Both are very healthy and great sources of protein without all the fat content.
